Teer Drive Linn Creek Missouri

On October 4, 2011 at approximately 4:24 AM the Camden County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call from a male caller in the 200 block of Teer Drive Linn Creek, Missouri. The caller stated a white male subject knocked at his door and upon opening the door, the subject pushed his way into the home. A struggle ensued between the caller and the unidentified male subject.  The caller stated the male subject fled from his residence and was still in the neighborhood.

Upon the arrival of Camden County deputies to the scene they approached the suspect, who was in the yard of an adjacent residence to the calling party.  As deputies attempted to take the suspect into custody the suspect began to resist. Deputies utilized a TASER X26 to subdue the suspect.  Several minutes after the suspect was cuffed he began to have difficulty breathing. Medical personnel were called to the scene. Prior to medical personnel’s arrival the suspect went into respiratory arrest.  Deputies then performed CPR until medical personnel arrived. The male suspect was pronounced dead at the scene at approximately 6:31 AM, by an on duty Lake Regional Emergency Room physician.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol has been requested to conduct the official investigation of the incident.

Decease name: Glenn D. Norman 46 of Neelyville Missouri and an autopsy has been scheduled for the afternoon of 10-04-11.
