Search Warrant/Meth Arrest

 

On April 13, 2012 Authorities from the Camden County Sheriff’s Office, Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group, and Linn Creek Police executed a search warrant in the 100 block of East Walnut Street Linn Creek, Mo.

Officials seized approximately 2 ounces of Methamphetamine, less than 35 grams of Marijuana, miscellaneous drug paraphernalia items, and US Currency.

Apprehended:

Terrance A. Phillips 45 of Camdenton, Missouri, charges: Class C Felony of possession of a controlled substance, Class A Misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $7,500.00 cash and $30,000.00 surety.

Brea L Phillips 33 of Eldon, Missouri, charges: Class C Felony of possession of a controlled substance. Bond set at $5,000.00 cash and $20,000.00 surety.

Sherry K Nupp 38 of Linn Creek, Missouri, charges: Class B Felony of distribute/deliver/manufacture/produce a controlled substance, Class A Misdemeanor of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $7,000.00 cash and $20,000.00 surety.

Clinton A Nupp 43 of Macks Creek, Missouri, charges: Class B Felony of distribute/deliver/manufacture/produce a controlled substance, Class A Misdemeanor of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $7,500.00 cash and $25,000.00 surety.

All suspects are currently being held at the Camden County Adult Detention Facility.
