Domestic Assault Arrest

On 04-19-22, detectives from the Camden County Sheriff's Office, working in conjunction with the US Army's Criminal Investigation Division from Fort Leonard Wood, arrested Justin R Stephens, 47, of St. Robert, MO. 

Stephens, a US Army officer, is charged with four counts of the Class D Felony of Domestic Assault 2nd Degree and two counts of the Class E Felony of Domestic Assault 3rd Degree.  These charges stem from an investigation that began in September of 2021.

Stephens was booked into the Camden County Adult Detention Facility where he posted a $100,000 bond and was released pending his court date.

A reminder that these charges are merely allegations of wrongdoing.  All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
