Narcotics Arrest (Camdenton)

On November 3, 2012 at approximately 9:43 PM, Camden County deputies were dispatched to the 1500 block of Wolf Pen Hollow Road, in reference to a burglary in progress. Prior to deputies’ arrival to the area the calling party advised that they believed the subjects were kids with the wrong address.

Upon arrival deputies made contact with the suspect vehicle attempting to leave the area. The suspect vehicle was stopped and the occupants identified. The driver, Kimberly R. Banner 26 of Kaiser, was asked to exit the vehicle after giving deputies the wrong identification. Banner was placed under arrest for 2 active warrants and driving while revoked. Camden County K-9 became alerted on Banner’s vehicle wherein      narcotics were seized.

Banner was transported to the Camden County Adult Detention Facility and has been charged with:

 2 counts of a Class C Felony of possession of controlled substance, Class A Misdemeanor of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, Class A Misdemeanor of driving while revoked/suspended. Bond has been set at $1,500.00 cash and $10,000.00 surety.
