Search of Kidnapping Suspect (Sunrise Beach)

After a short pursuit by a Sunrise Beach Police Officer, a 2009 Maroon Ford F-150 Missouri License 84A 7DE, was recovered in the TT area. The vehicle had been reported stolen from Jackson County Missouri.

Brian J Adkison who is a suspect in a kidnapping from Northern Missouri was suspected to be the driver of the stolen vehicle.  Adkison who has ties to the lake area is on the run from law enforcement.

Adkison is believed to have stolen a wave runner and was seen in the 58mm area of the lake. Latest reports indicate that he has been seen on foot in the 135-12 area of Morgan County.
