Macks Creek, December 5, 2013:  

Camden County Street Crimes Unit and agents with the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group conducted a narcotics investigation in the 100 block of Moffett Lake Drive located near Macks Creek.

During the course of the investigation 70 grams of marijuana and over $63,000.00 in cash was seized.

Shelby Gorden Moffett 40 of Macks Creek was arrested and charged with a class B Felony of possession with the intent to distribute and a Class A Misdemeanor of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Moffett was released from custody after posting a $10,000.00 cash and $50,000.00 surety bond.
