On February 11, 2014 Agents from the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group and Camden County Street Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at the Court Yard Apartment complex.

 Three suspects arrested after marijuana and other paraphernalia were found in the apartment unit.

 David A. Laboy 23 of Linn Creek Class B Felony of possession with the intent to distribute bond set at $3,000.00 cash or $15,000.00 surety.

 Raphael P McWhirter 22 of Osage Beach Class B Felony of possession with the intent to distribute bond set at $3,000.00 cash or $15,000.00 surety.

 Sebastian L. Shamburg 21 of Sunrise Beach of possession with the intent to distribute bond set at $5,000.00 cash or $25,000.00 surety.

All subject were released from the Camden County Adult Detention Facility after posting bond
