Burglary Arrest ( Camdenton May 26, 2014)

Noah Marqice Evan, 18, of Ditmer, Missouri has been charged with Class B Misdemeanor of trespassing 1st degree and a Class A Misdemeanor of stealing. Bond set at $500.00 cash or $3,000.00 surety.

 

Ryan Michael Hirth, 18, of De Soto, Missouri has been charged with Class B Misdemeanor of trespassing 1st degree and a Class A Misdemeanor of stealing. Bond set at $500.00 cash or $3,000.00 surety.

 On Monday, May 26, 2014 the Camden County Sheriff’s Office received a report of two men who had entered an unoccupied residence on Bent Lane near Camdenton. The caller informed the Sheriff’s Office the residence is a home and was unoccupied over the weekend. The caller also provided descriptions of the men. When Camden County deputies arrived they located the men and discovered several items had been removed from the residence. Deputies then took the men into custody.


Two men from the St Louis area are being held in the Camden County Adult Detention facility pending formal charges.


Sheriff Franklin said the caller’s involvement and the deputies’ quick response are prime examples of how teamwork is essential in solving these types of crimes.
