Narcotics Arrest (Camdenton 070914)

On July 9, 2014, Camden County Street Crimes Unit and the Lake Area Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant in the 5600 block of Old Route 5 Camdenton. During the search authorities seized packaged methamphetamine, methamphetamine paraphernalia, and hydrocodone.

Three male subjects were taken into custody and placed on a 24 hour holds until formal charges were filed by the Camden County Court. Warrants have been issued on all three individuals. Zarhouni was released at the expiration of his 24 hour hold prior to the court’s issuance of his warrant. Citizens are asked to call Camden County Sheriff’s Office (573-346-2243) or their local law enforcement office if they have information on the whereabouts of Zarhouni.

Philip Roger Nickel 53 of Camdenton, charges class A Misdemeanor of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, bond set at $5,000.00 cash only.

John Albert Stark 42 of Camdenton, charges Class C Felony of possession of a controlled substance bond set at $500.00 cash only. Stark is also being held on a parole violation no bond warrant.

Abdelfattah Zarhouni 49 of Grove Springs, charges Possession with the intent to distribute $5,000.00 cash bond.
