During the evening of May 24, 2011 Deputies from the Camden County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic disturbance call located within the 100 Block of Locust Street within Linn Creek Missouri.

The suspect brandished a firearm during a verbal argument with his wife, at which time she called 911 for assistance. The weapon was not discharged during the altercation.

Brandon J Smith 25 of Linn Creek Missouri was arrested and charged with Domestic Assault 3^rd and Unlawful Use of a Weapon, he is currently being held in the Camden County Adult Detention Facility, bond has been set at $1,000.00 cash and $25,000 surety
