Domestic Disturbance/Narcotics Arrest

On March 27, 2015 Camden County Deputies responded to a domestic dispute call in the 400 block of Hwy 73 Macks Creek, Mo. Upon arrival deputies made contact with Amber Rosenbaugh a resident of the home. Rosenbaugh advised that she and her husband Joel had been arguing. Joel departed from the home prior to deputies’ arrival. Deputies on the scene noted the windows on the front of the home broken and requested consent to search the inside of the home for Joel. Permission was granted and during the search, an indoor marijuana grow operation was located. While interviewing Amber, Joel arrived back at the home, and both subjects were arrested and transported to the Camden County Adult Detention Facility.

Amber Danyell Rosenbaugh 38 of Macks Creek has been charged with 2 counts of Class C Felony of possession of a controlled substance, Class A Misdemeanor of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $1,000.00 cash, Amber Rosenbaugh is currently being held in the Camden County Adult Detention Facility.

Joel Chris Rosenbaugh 56 of Macks Creek has been charged with 2 counts of Class C Felony of possession of a controlled substance, Class A Misdemeanor of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Joel Rosenbaugh was released after posting a $1,000.00 cash bond.
