Motor vehicle accident occurred October 25, 2011 at approximately 5:35 AM at the intersection of Horseshoe Bend Parkway and Cedar Crest Drive. 

A 2003 Hummer driven by Michael Cooper of Lake Ozark was traveling east bound on Horseshoe Bend Parkway crossed over the center line striking a west bound 2004 Suzuki, driven by William Van Deventer of Eldon.  Van Deventer was transported to Lake Regional Hospital with serious injuries.  Cooper was not injured.  Both drivers were not wearing seatbelts.
