Two Brothers Arrested for Assaulting Deputies and Resisting Arrest

At approximately 9:55 pm on the evening of 07-19-15, deputies responded to the 1700 block of Yacht Club Drive in Osage Beach on a reported disturbance. Two brothers, who had been asked to leave the property earlier by management, had returned and were refusing to leave. When deputies attempted to escort 22 year old Spencer J Tuley, of Camdenton, from the pool area, he resisted and pulled away. When the deputies attempted to place handcuffs on Spencer, his older brother, 27 year old Michael J Tuley also of Camdenton, jumped on one deputy’s back and attempted to put him in a headlock. After a brief struggle, both brothers were taken into custody and transported to the Camden County Adult Detention Facility.

Spencer J Tuley and Michael J Tuley were each charged with the Class C Felony of Assault 2nd Degree on a Law Enforcement Officer and the Class A Misdemeanor of Resisting Arrest. Both Tuley brothers are being held on $25,000 cash or surety bond.
