Lake Ozark/Horseshoe Bend

Drug Arrest

On the morning of August 4, 2015, Camden County Sheriff’s Deputies and officers from the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group served a search warrant on Wisteria Point in the Horseshoe Bend area of Lake Ozark in Camden County.

 

As a result of the search warrant, deputies recovered over $3000.00 in cash, a large amount of marijuana, prescription narcotics and drug paraphernalia.

 

Deputies on scene arrested Timothy C Carter, 45, of Lake Ozark. Carter is charged with one count of the Class B Felony of Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance and three counts of the Class C Felony of Possession of Controlled Substance. Carter is being held in the Camden County Adult Detention Facility without bond.
