Narcotics Arrests - Lake Ozark

 

On the afternoon of Tuesday, 09-22-15, Camden County sheriff’s deputies and members of the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group made several narcotics arrests at a residence in the 300 block of Hogan Dr in Lake Ozark. Deputies seized more than two ounces of marijuana packaged for individual sale; multiple pieces of drug paraphernalia including pipes, bongs and scales; and Suboxone, a prescription Schedule III narcotic used as a pain killer and in the treatment of opiate addiction. Deputies also seized nearly nine hundred dollars in cash.

Arrested at the scene were 20 year old Thomas Edward Garcia, of Macks Creek and 27 year old Tyler Austin Hintze of Lake Ozark. Garcia and Hintze were both transported to the Camden County Adult Detention Facility where Garcia was charged with the Class B Felony of Possession with Intent to Distribute and the Class C Felony of Possession of Controlled Substance. Hintze was charged with one count of the Class C Felony of Possession of Controlled Substance. Both Garcia and Hintze are being held on $3000.00 cash bonds.

Nineteen year old Damon Alexander Odell, of Rocky Mount, was also arrested at the scene and released from the jail after posting a $500.00 bond on a charge of Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana.
