On 1/2/2017 at approximately 11:08 pm, Camden County Deputies responded to So. State Hwy 7 to assist in a pursuit of a silver Malibu with Georgia license plates, originating from Pulaski County, however the CCSO Deputy was not involved in the pursuit. The suspect collided with a tree just inside Pulaski County jurisdiction. The CCSO Deputy assisted Missouri State Highway Patrol Officers who were on scene. The suspect was secured in the CCSO Deputy vehicle and medical personnel were called to render aid if needed. Medical personnel cleared the suspect and he was transferred to a Waynesville Police Department patrol vehicle.
