On 2/9/2017 at approximately 9:10 pm, Deputies responded to the 120 block of Country Meadows Drive, Camden county, Mo., reference a Domestic Assault.  A 23-year-old w/m subject from Linn creek, Mo., had forcibly entered the residence and was reported to be assaulting his father. 

The subject fled into a wooded area when told that the police were called.  A responding Deputy contact the subject, via telephone, and convinced him to turn himself in.  The subject was taken into custody, without incident, on an existing misdemeanor Failure to Appear Warrant and is being held at the Camden County Adult Detention Center.

Additional charges have been requested.
