UPDATE - The woman found deceased in the creek bed on 9/8/2017 has been positively identified as Susan I. Willhite age 44 of Camdenton.  The autopsy was completed on Monday and the results are pending.  Foul play still not suspected.  Investigation continues.

On 9/8/2017 at approximately 8 pm, Deputies from the Camden County Sheriff's Office were called to a creek bed located off Spencer Creek Road, Camden County, Mo.  The woman, a 44 year old Camdenton Resident, was found deceased by property owners.  

At this time, there is no indication of foul play and an autopsy has been scheduled for next week. The name of the victim is being withheld pending the autopsy.

There is no further information at this time.
