Arrest Domestic Assault

On 3/23/2019 at approximately 10:50 am, Deputies from the Camden County Sheriff’s Office responded to a Domestic at a residence off Red Fox Road in Climax Springs, Mo.

When the first Deputy arrived, the victim, who had been punched in the head, was able to escape the residence and ran to the residence of a neighbor to contact law enforcement.  Prior to the arrival of deputies, Chad Marsh drove the victim’s vehicle through the garage door and destroyed her cell phone.

Upon arrival of deputies, the arrestee, Chad Marsh, age 61, retrieved a rifle from the residence and refused to put it down, which resulted in a deputy deploying a taser.  Chad Marsh was disarmed and taken into custody.


Chad Marsh has been charged with:

Class E Felony of Domestic Assault 3rd Degree

Class E Felony of Resisting Arrest

Class E Felony of Unlawful Use of a Weapon

Class E Felony of Harassment

Class E Felony of Property Damage

Class A Misdemeanor of Assault – Special Victim

Class A Misdemeanor of Assault – Special Victim


Marsh was being held at the Camden County Adult Detention Center on a $2000.00 Cash or $20,000.00 Surety Bond.
