MESSAGE FROM THE SHERIFF

Eight months ago I took office as your Sheriff.  I promised that I would have an open-door policy so that we could better serve your needs.  I am asked regularly how everything is going.  It hasn’t been easy but we are making great strides and will continue to do so.

We are working to maintain a Positive, Proactive, and Service oriented Sheriff’s Office.  The various divisions within the sheriff’s office, from Communications to the Jail, are staffed with dedicated personnel whose goal is to serve the public in the best and most efficient way possible.

I am blessed to receive so many compliments on behalf of the Sheriff’s Office from people in our community, both residents and visitors.  Most of the time, I receive the compliment of a good job, etc., when the credit should go to my Deputies, Communications, Jailers, Records, and Staff.  Our organization is great because of the employees who work here.

It is their dedication to the job, their “do what it takes” attitude that causes people to take notice.  I believe the difference is that our employees truly care about their job and the people of this community and it is evident by the response from the public.

I want to take this opportunity to thank my staff and everyone who works for the Camden County Sheriff’s Office and E911.   The support from the Community, during this transition period is much appreciated.
