UPDATE: Murder Charges Filed in Homicide Investigation

Camdenton, MO, 09-02-22 - The Camden County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has filed formal charges against 32-year-old Jordan F Jones in the death of Michael S Varney, 43, of Camdenton.  Jones is charged with the Class A Felony of 2nd Degree Murder, and the Unclassified Felony of Armed Criminal Action.  Jones is being held without bond in the Camden County Adult Detention Facility and will appear before the Camden County Associate Court later this month.
