Search Warrants in Richland Result in Four Arrests

Camdenton, MO - 06-02-23 - Thursday evening, 06-01-23, deputies from the Camden County Sheriff's Office, troopers from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, and members of the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group served two search warrants on residences in the Richland area of Camden County known for drug activity.

 

During the service of the search warrants, deputies seized approximately 10 grams of methamphetamine, and multiple items of drug paraphernalia used in the sale, distribution, use, and ingestion of methamphetamine.  Four subjects at the residences were arrested: 

 

William R Smith, 69, of Laquey, is charged with the Class C Felony of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and in being held on a $100,000 bond.

 

Jennifer J Wilson, 42, of Richland, is charged with the Class D Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance and is being held on a $25,000 bond.

 

Sara N Lee, 45, of Stoutland, is charged with the Class D Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance and is being held on a $15,000 bond.

 

Melissa A Ward, 39, of Lebanon, is charged with the Class D Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance and later released on her own recognizance.

 

A reminder that these charges are merely allegations of wrongdoing. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
