During the evening hours of December 2, 2012 Camden County Deputies were dispatched to the 2000 block of Eaton Ave Richland, Missouri in reference to a vehicular assault.

Charles R McMahon 56 of Richland was arrested and charged with two counts of assault 1^st degree. Investigation revealed that McMahon intentionally struck two ATV’s being driven by Randall Frederick 20 of Richland and Jacob Davenport 18 of Stoutland.  Frederick was transported to Mercy Hospital in Springfield for treatment and was later released.

McMahon is currently being held in the Camden County Adult Detention Facility charged with two counts of Assault 1^st degree, a class B Felony, bond set at $20,000.00 cash or $120,000.00 surety.
