Fugitive Apprehension

 

On March 6, 2013, members of the US Marshals Southern Missouri Fugitive Task Force executed arrest warrants on Joseph E. Lofland 33 of Gravois Mills and Nathaniel W. Lofland 32 of Gravois Mills. Both men were arrested at their home in the 400 block of Oakridge Lane.

Joseph was arrested on a child neglect and non-support warrant from Buchanan County. Joseph was taken into custody without incident.

Nathaniel is a non-compliant sex offender who attempted to elude the Task Force by running into the woods. Task Force Officers were able to track him through the snow and apprehended him without further incident.

Joseph Lofland was transported to Camden County Adult Detention Facility. Joseph was released after posting bond.

Nathaniel Lofland was transported to Morgan County Adult Detention Facility where he is currently being held.
