The parents of two year-old James Lewis 3rd reported today, March 23, 2015 that James is still in critical condition in the ICU but continues to improve daily.

James wandered off from his home located in the100 block of Cody Lane on March 15, 2015. James was located unresponsive a short time later in a nearby pond. Deputies began CPR until medical personnel arrived on the scene. James was then transported to Lake Regional and later flown to a Columbia hospital.
