We would like to thank the 2014-2015 Lake Career and Technical Center metal fabrication students for all their hard work building our new fundraising barbecue grill.  Mr. Bob Hayes’ class designed, fabricated and welded the barbecue grill and trailer to be used in local fundraising events for advocacy groups such as Citizens Against Domestic Violence, Kids’ Harbor, Camden County Child Advocacy Center, Concerns of Police Survivors and others.  The construction of the grill was part of the Project Based Learning initiative and allowed the metal fabrication students to learn and practice new skills while providing a service to their community.  We are proud of each of the students and their efforts.
