Two Men Charged in Narcotics Investigation

On the evening of August 25th, Camden County Sheriff’s Deputies and members of the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group served a search warrant at a storage business in the 200 block of Carol Road, Lake Ozark.

As a result of the search warrant, deputies recovered methamphetamine, marijuana, prescription pills and Fentanyl patches (narcotic pain reliever). Arrested at the scene was the business manager, 45 year old Brent John Butler, of Four Seasons and 29 year old Brian Joseph Webster, of Kaiser. Butler and Webster were transported to the Camden County Adult Detention Center where they are both being held without bond.

Butler is charged with the Class C Felony of Possession of Controlled Substance and will appear before the Associate Court of Camden County on September 29th.

Webster is being held on a parole violation and is charged with three counts of the Class C Felony of Possession of Controlled Substance and one Class A Misdemeanor of Possession of Marijuana and one Class A Misdemeanor of Unlawful Use of Paraphernalia.  Webster will also appear before the Associate Court of Camden County on September 29th.
