As the result of an on-going investigation, Joel N. Stoner, age 38

of Macks Creek, was arrested on 12/14/2016.

Stoner is being held in the Camden County Jail on charges of Child Molestation 2nd

Degree – No Bond, 2 counts of Sodomy in the 2nd Degree – No Bond and

Statuatory Rape in the 2nd Degree – bond $500,000.00 cash only.

Stoner, a former school bus driver with the Climax Springs School District, entered

into relationship with a 15 year old female, who then introduced him to her 14

year old cousin. This took place between October 2015 ane November of 2015.

Stoner was terminated from the Climax Springs School District for reasons that

were not related to relationships. Stoner continued to have access to the

juveniles through the children’s parents.
