On the evening of 3/15/2018, Sheriff Tony Helms, Col. Brashear and Lt. Botta attended a meeting at the New Home Baptist Church to discuss Church Security and other topics.

"We had a great turn out", Sheriff Helms said, and "I wish we could do many more of these types of informative meetings throughout the county.  These types of meetings assist in addressing the issues concerning the Citizens of Camden County."
