On March 15, 2018, the Camden County Sheriff's Office, members of LANEG, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol initiated a traffic stop on a Chevrolet Cobalt occupied by two (2) white males and one (1) white female.  The driver was being sought for his involvement with stolen firearms from numerous burglaries in Camden County and his involvement in the distribution of illegal substances.  The driver, a known felon, had in his possession one (1) .357 caliber revolver.  During a search of the vehicle, approximately 944.5 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 3.5 grams of heroin, $5,766.00 in United States currency, one (1) .45 caliber semi auto pistol, one (1) 7.62 caliber assault rifle, and one (1) 5.56 caliber assault rifle were located and seized.

The second white male and the white female had numerous active drug related warrants for their arrest.  All three suspects were transported to the Camden County Sheriff's Office Adult Detention Facility for processing.

The $5,766.00 of United States currency was deemed proceeds from his illegal drug activity and will be subject to forfeiture, per the Criminal Activity Forfeiture Act (CAFA).
