In April of 2018, the Camden County Sheriff’s Office in conjunction with the Lake Area Cyber Crimes Task Force, began an investigation involving a subject by the name of Steven R. Goldsberry, age 27 of Linn Creek, Mo.

 

As the result of the joint investigation, Goldsberry was arrested and subsequently charged with the following:

 

Count 1 –  Class B Felony of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

Count 2 –  Class B Felony of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

Count 3 –  Class B Felony of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

Count 4 -   Class B Felony of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

Count 5 -   Class B Felony of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

Count 6 -   Class B Felony of Possession of Child Pornography 2nd/subsequent offense

Count 7 -   Class B Felony of Possession of Child Pornography 2nd/subsequent offense

Count 8 -   Class B Felony of Possession of Child Pornography 2nd/subsequent offense

Count 9 -   Class B Felony of Possession of Child Pornography 2nd/subsequent offense

Count 10 - Class B Felony of Possession of Child Pornography 2nd/subsequent offense

Count 11 - Class D Felony of Possession of Child Pornography 1st offense

Count 12 - Class D Felony of Statutory Rape 2nd Degree

Count 13 - Class D Felony of Statutory Rape 2nd Degree

Count 14 - Class D Felony of Statutory Rape 2nd Degree

Count 15 - Class D Felony of Statutory Rape 2nd Degree

 

Goldsberry is also being held on a probation violation, a Class C Felony of Deliver/Attempt to Deliver/Possess/Conceal a Controlled Substance at a Correction Facility.

 

Goldsberry is currently being held at the Camden County Adult Detention Center on a $1,000,000.00 cash only bond.
