On 8/4/2018 at approximately 12:15 am, Deputies from the Camden County Sheriff’s Office responded to a business on Sweet William Road, Lake Ozark, Mo., reference an assault.

During the investigation, Deputies arrested Allen M. Loftis, age 22 from Ellsinore, Mo., for assault. Loftis was later charged with 3 counts of Felony Assault Motivated by Discrimination and 1 count of Peace Disturbance a class B Misdemeanor.

Loftis later bonded on a $75,000 surety bond.
