On 8/7/2018 at approximately 1:00 am, Deputies from the Camden County Sheriff's Office responded to a Domestic Assault at a residence on Bittersweet Road.

Upon arrival the suspect, Kaleb J. Kubalek, age 25, fled the scene by jumping off a 2nd story balcony. The victim, who is pregnant, had sustained minor injuries as the result of multiple bite wounds and being struck in the face.

Kubalek was located at a nearby convenience store where he was taken into custody.

Kubalek has been charged with the following:

Failure to Obey a Judge's Order Class C Felony Domestic Assault 2nd Degree – No Bond

Count 1: Class D Felony of Domestic Assault 2nd Degree
Count 2: Committing Class D Felony Stealing
Count 3: Class E Felony of Resisting Arrest
Count 4: Class B Misdemeanor of Peace Disturbance

On the aforementioned 4 counts, Kubalek is being held on a $500,000 cash only bond.
