On 1/11/2019 at approximately 6:06 am, Fire Departments from Stoutland/Sleeper, Mid County and Tri County responded to a house fire on Stoutland Creek Road. It was believed that the fire had started during the early morning hours.

The State Fire Marshall as well as Camden County Deputies and Detectives also responded.  Personnel on the scene were advised that the owner of the residence should have been home.

At approximately 10:00 am Southwest Forensics was asked to respond as well as the Osage Beach Fire Protection District Search and Rescue Unit.  At approximately 1:15 pm the victim was located by the K-9.

An autopsy is scheduled for today.  No suspicious circumstances suspected.
